All JKO users have the ability to manage communities

A Training Coordinator may modify a user's profile by selecting the View Desktop button in the User Search results

The View Desktop feature allows the Training Coordinator to view a student's assigned courses, courses the student is currently enrolled in, and completed course

The most common reasons to modify a student's profile are to update their organization affiliation, career information, and email address

As a Training Coordinator, your permissions are scoped to your primary organization

Training Coordinators that are assigned to a specific primary organization have the ability to search for and update other primary organization's details.

Alerts can be seen by users in their My Profile page

The purpose of grouping users into "audiences" is to assign and track training as well as fun reports on a specific group of users

The course management gadget within the training management tab is the location where you would begin your search for a user's record in an individual course

What actions does the manage gradebook feature allow a training coordinator to do?

In a user's Gradebook, you may change enrollment status from Enrollment to Passed, but not from Enrolled to Dropped

The Search Enrollment function allows a Training Coordinator the option of using multiple search criteria to find course records, including which of the following?

The Course Associations gadget within the Training Management tab allows you the ability to assign individual courses and curricula to organizations and audiences

Once courses are assigned to organizations and audiences, and a user joins that organization or audience, those courses will automatically populate their Assigned Training gadget with a status of Enrolled in the My Training tab

There are no exemptions from course assignments; once an assignment is made to an organization, every member of that organization will receive it, whether they have taken the course already or not

You may push course assignments down to child organizations using the "Assign Courses from this Organization" button

An audience member will not be assigned training by the LMS if the associated course was completed during the exemption period

As a training Coordinator each tan within the Courses I Teach/Manage/Administrator gadget will appear regardless of the course duties assigned

Report builder reports can always be printed.

Report builder remembers all setting and options that a user selects before logging out of the system including advanced settings and the most recently filled report fields

In My Profile, all students are required to join an organization and an audience in order to take training on JKO

A student may obtain a transcript of their course completions by clicking on the Transcript link on the My Training tab

Training Coordinators and Community Managers must be extremely cautious pressing the delete icons in the JKO LCMS next to my announcements, links documents, etc.
