Men - Tie, tie tack ( optional ) Women - Tie tab, must make sure blouse is not visible below the bottom of the service dress coat Coat must be the same material as pants; with arms hanging naturally sleeves end approximately 1/4 inch from heel of thumb. Bottom edge of service coat should extend 3 to 3 1/2 inches below the top of the thigh and don't iron creases.
