The 68C MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) in the U.S. Army is the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Soldiers in this MOS provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. They assist with patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient vital signs. They also help with patient education and maintain medical records.
